These terms and conditions constitute the complete service agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (the “customer”) and Mrs Brilliant High Standard Cleaning Services (“Mrs Brilliant” “we” “us” “our”) for the provision of our services. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with this Agreement. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, from time to time, at our sole discretion. However, the customer will be notified of any amendments (by phone call or email) should such changes take place after a booking commitment.
1 – Quote and Bookings
1.1 A quotation does not constitute a booking confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once availability is confirmed and both parties agree upon the dates. All bookings require a deposit of £50, which will later be taken off from the payment.
1.2 Please inform Mrs Brilliant at the time of booking if the rental property is fully furnished or if any valuable items may require special treatment. It will include a parquet, oak flooring, wooden work surfaces, marble, granite and any other custom-made items.
1.3 Mrs Brilliant do not provide quotes over the phone. Mrs Brilliant pricing is not fixed for properties with 1, 2, 3 or more bedrooms. Instead, our quotes are based on the property layout, information provided by the customer, and photos of the property available on the Internet, assuming that the property has been maintained with a certain level of cleanliness.
1.4 In the event that there are additional rooms or areas not disclosed during the quotation process, we reserve the right to adjust the price at our discretion on the day of the cleaning. While we anticipate a certain level of dirtiness in the property, if the tenant has allowed the property to become excessively dirty during their stay (e.g., significant limescale build-up, excessive grease in the kitchen, or mould between tiles), the price will be adjusted at our discretion (on the day of the cleaning) before the cleaning commences.
2 – Payments
2.1 To ensure a smooth payment process, please note the following: Payments by cash should be made directly to the company personnel upon completion of the job. Alternatively, for customers unable to be present at the completion of the job, payment by bank transfer is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning date.
3 – Cancellation
3.1 Mrs Brilliant reserve the right to cancel any cleaning job if the condition of the property poses a hazard to the health and well-being of our operatives. In the event that we are not informed of these conditions prior to our arrival, and we are subsequently unable to proceed with the work, the customer’s £50 (fifty pounds) deposit will be forfeited for the loss of our day’s work.
3.2 The customer can cancel or reschedule the booking by providing Mrs Brilliant with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment by calling, texting or emailing. Failure to do so will result in the £50 (fifty pounds) deposit being retained.
3.3 Mrs Brilliant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or other unexpected circumstances have affected the assigned cleaning team.
